Single-use mixer or reactor is available for linearizing,in vitro transcription,capping,tailing,and DNA degradation of plasmids.Enrichment and purification of mRNA can be performed by chromatography.

Ultrafiltration can be done by either ultrafiltration Cassettes or hollow fibers.LNP concentration and exchange can be performed by TFF.Finally,sterilization and filtration can be done by the filter.
