In the morning of 25th, CHANSE personnel visited workshop and laboratory in cooperation with YPC team. During the workshop visit, the sales manager made on-site explanation of product design concept, product characteristics, processing technology, etc., so that the customers could understand the influence of equipment performance on pharmaceutical process from the principle and internal structure.

In the afternoon of 25th, the sales department of CHANSE Technology made a company introduction for YPC team, and initially understood the development history and business scope of the enterprise. Afterwards, the relevant professionals explained in detail the product characteristics of wet granulator, fluidized bed, dry granulator, coating machine, extruder-roller, confinement line, isolator and other products as well as the application cases of CHANSE equipments in various preparation varieties to the customers of pharmaceutical enterprises.

The application of advanced process analysis technology PAT can reflect the trend of material, product or overall state during process operation in real time, and the application of on-line PAT lays the foundation for realizing intelligent manufacturing and continuous production. Finally, the PAT product manager introduced the application of PAT process analysis technology and Smart-MES system developed by CHANSE in the pharmaceutical production process to the YZJ team.

The team of Yangzijiang showed great interest in PAT system and expressed that they would like to know more about PAT series products. In response, CHANSE Technology said it could provide interested customers with online live related training services.

On the 26th, YPC team visited the Intelligent Process Engineering Center accompanied by CHANSE personnel, and the relevant professionals introduced in detail the assembly and disassembly of experimental and production-type equipment, use, maintenance, and use of attention points for the customer, and conducted in-depth exchanges on the process and equipment confusions in daily use.
